Request reason:
Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is (EDITED: was) <censored IP 1> (I was using a VPN recently, maybe something related to that?) Phillycj 20:04, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
If you were using a VPN and it is now off, you may need to clear your browser's cache, and possibly will also need to wait 24 hours as Wikipedia may still be 'detecting' your VPN even if it is off. 331dot (talk) 20:17, 5 November 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
<censored IP 1> is (EDITED: was) my personal static IP, which is banned per the block log. I have cleared cache and tried on another device.
Decline reason:
<censored IP 1> is blocked as an open proxy, evidently via the command and control server <censored IP 2>. If <censored IP 1> is your own IP address, you should investigate to determine whether a device on your network may be infected with a botnet. Virus scan your computers, update any IoT devices, etc. If that isn't your actual IP, then clearing your cookies is probably the way to go. ST47 (talk) 01:34, 6 November 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Your signature and linter errors
[edit]
Just a reminder that your signature contains obsolete font tags. They create Linter errors, and it is advised that you change your signature to [[User:Phillycj|Phil]][[User_talk:Phillycj|lycj]]
ASAP.
The purpose of this message is because Linter errors affect the way the page looks, and with a lot of errors, the page may render badly. To reduce Linter errors, please change your signature.
If the software doesn't accept my replacement signature, let me know, and if that's the case, unfortunately you may have to change it to something else. Sheep (talk) 03:54, 30 October 2022 (UTC)
- Fixed, thanks for the heads up! Phillycj 03:58, 30 October 2022 (UTC)
