The FDA seems to disagree with the milk claims that you're making.Mark7-2 (talk) 08:29, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
-I was not aware of this message until now. I am new to Wikipedia. The FDA state that lactose intolerance is a discomfort for most, and that raw milk will still cause discomfort if a person is correctly diagnosed. I will seek studies that disagree with the FDA, but, my comments, amended, merely state that raw milk contains its lactose digesting components, unlike pasteurized milk. This is a fact, and the amended text then leads onto the FDA's statement about that fact. On a personal note, I have extreme lactose intolerance, and discovered that I can drink pints, and pints of raw milk, with no adverse affect, my girlfriend had the same experience, and the producers say that this is a common event. This is also verified by many people I've introduced raw milk to who also suffer from lactose intolerance. On a moral note, the war on raw milk is rather ironic, because it really is a war on the mammary gland and its excretions, and we are mammals, so, it is a war against humanity and our entire extended blood family. Understand that big agri-business lobby FDA, et al to push punishing regulations onto small farmers that push them out of business. But I don't go into the opinion part on the wiki page, I only refer to referenced science. Remember that the FDA is a public service, it is not an authority. --Phil Ridley (talk) 20:43, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Warning
[edit]Hello Phil Ridley. If you won't participate on talk pages, you may be sanctioned. Wikipedia requires communication and compromise with others. Please read our page about edit warring. You have never responded to any of the complaints that people have left here on your own talk page, and you've never tried to explain yourself at Talk:Raw milk, even though you've made dozens of edits to that article. Wikipedia is not your personal website. Note that the WP:EW policy can be enforced by admins. EdJohnston (talk) 00:59, 26 May 2009 (UTC) - Thanks, I was not aware of that function. I agree that Wikipedia is not my website, but the page on raw milk is incomplete. Hopefully you appreciate my well sourced contributions.--Phil Ridley (talk) 20:39, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 06:02, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
