PIR Centre article on Special Control Service
[edit]I would like to draw your attention to https://web.archive.org/web/20220324185453/https://pircenter.org/sections/190-sluzhba-specialnogo-kontrolya, which from the well respected PIR Centre is further authoritative corroboration that the Special Control Service (or Special Monitoring Service if you prefer that translation) exists, as further described at our page for 12th Chief Directorate.
I added that reference to the 12th Chief Directorate article in October last year. Since then, along with many Russian military-associated pages, the page has been taken down, following further repressive action following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. That's why I have added a March 2022 archive link.
Would be pleased to have your views on this. Buckshot06 (talk) 08:41, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
