Bergman reference

[edit]

Hey, thanks for the reference to the Mike Wallace interview. Exactly what I'd wanted to cite, but I always fail at the attempt to get references correct. NjtoTX (talk) 14:03, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I also have a grandmother that supposedly went to school with Ingrid Bergman at University of Malmo. I have the same questions... It does not state that she went to school anywhere else than the theatrical school. And there is no University of Malmo. If you have found the answers to that inquiry, I would be interested! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.202.76.194 (talk) 21:03, 23 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Look magazine cover.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Look magazine cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:12, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Move of films with Italian titles

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Disambig-class Radio articles, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Disambig-class Radio articles has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Disambig-class Radio articles, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. File:Jack Benny Portrait.jpg listed for deletion

[edit]

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, File:Jack Benny Portrait.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Nice promotional photo, but I think we no longer need an unfree image to show what Jack Benny looks like. Cheers, -- Infrogmation (talk) 11:09, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Europa '51 screenshot.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Europa '51 screenshot.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:05, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Creation of a new Wiki entry

I am a radiopersonality out of St. Louis missouri that is syndicated. I was wondering if there was a way to create a wikipedia page for Wiki Radio project about the show and how I would go about doing that. I noticed you were heavily inovlved in early creation of Tom Leykis' page, so I figured I would reach out. Please let me know if you can help.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
