License tagging for Image:Flag99.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Flag99.gif. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:05, 21 June 2006 (UTC)

Nutra

[edit]

Actually, if they have a username, they are technically registered. Anyway, I'm keeping an eye on Nutra; if they continue, blocking will commence. —tregoweth (talk) 01:22, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome + Referencing

[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page.

I would like to encourage you to reference your edits differently (see WP:CLINMED and WP:REF) and hope that I can look forward to seeing more of your edits. Nephron  T|C 05:23, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't get the javascript to work that posted on my talk page does. I pasted the following into my web browser:
javascript:(function(){var url = location.href;var pmid = url.match(/list_uids\=(\d+)/);if( pmid ) w=open('http://diberri.dyndns.org/wikipedia/cite/?type=pmid&id=' + pmid[1],'add','width=800,height=300,scrollbars,resizable');})();
It didn't do anything for me... and it seems I'm missing something. Any case, I went to http://diberri.dyndns.org/wikipedia/templates/ and activated it by hand... neat script.
I posted a message in the doctors' mess about it. I'm sure other will appreciate it. By the way, wou're welcome to join in the discussion at the clinical med project-- only thing required is an interest in clinical medicine. Nephron  T|C 04:28, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I made a typo in my revert message, I meant, consider adding to wikipedia:chemical sources. The link does not comply with wp:el, for more information, see a discussion on my talk-page. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 21:26, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I was about to put this page up for AfD when I noticed that you were a contributing Wikipedian. Instead I'll direct you to Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and leave it up to you. --Monotonehell 23:46, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Petrosino.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
