[edit]Hello Perispomeni and welcome to Wikipedia! Excited to see you here as a fellow resident of Cyprus!
I understand that you may have strong opinions regarding the Cyprus dispute, however, please refrain from removing sources and content from articles. Our aim here is to get across as much information as possible and support it with reliable sources. Please also stop removing references to Northern Cyprus; regardless of personal opinion, the established practice on Wikipedia is to refer to unrecognized states and their control over their territories, without labeling those territories as "occupied" in every article. The question of occupation is already addressed at the relevant articles. This practice not only applies to Cyprus, but also to similar disputes, such as the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Thank you and looking forward to cooperation in the future! --GGT (talk) 10:44, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
