Hi there! The point is that everyone must declare all of their multiple accounts and their reasons, ~~without exception~~, according to WP:SOCKPUPPET. See the section about legitimate uses. This is a vital policy. So please stop anything else you're doing on Wikipedia and let us know if you need more help with doing that. oops, I realized later that I got tongue tied. I meant that MOST reasons have no exception, lol. Because ya know, I accidentally kinda typed "there are no exceptions except for the exceptions". ;) I'm not aware of exceptions for multiple abandoned accounts but follow the section on legit uses.
