Semi-Protection[edit]

Pegship, is it okay that I can semi-protect my Userpage and my Talk Page? I don't want inapporate edits. If you have time, reply that I can semi protect. Thanks. AHLU (talk) 23:43, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Polish film[edit]

What makes you think I didn't know how many stubs there were? We now have 111 stubs and counting and after finishing the work on the films of this director should be nearer 150. I thought it was a perfectly appropriate thing to do given that I was going through the articles adding the cinema templates anyway. Clearly you haven't seen how active and patient I have been with the stub proposals the last month or two. The Bald One White cat 14:02, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

LOL into the piranha tank you go! Admittedly I was in a rush before I logged out last night so didn't take the time to see Pakistan proposal was different. I had observed the Polish film articles which i why I had to create it and not waste any time when I added the cinema templates which I was adding anyway. I didn't have the time to stub sort last night though. It seemed the best thing to do, and my indication was accurate. There are now 120+ and counting. I;ve spent a lot of time making stub proposals the last month or two, I;ve evne waited weeks for some of them to be authorised which I would have previously speedy created myself but I have waited for a "stubinator" response. Ah my computers suffering a virus so I may not be functioning normally on here. Regards The Bald One White cat 16:37, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

(Semi)-Protection[edit]

Pegship, can you protect the article about Chagall? Someone edited that he has a penis.

MHLU (talk) 22:01, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocking Policy[edit]

Pegship, please block trolls from vandalizing pages, as they did with Marc Chagall. No trolls can edit anymore today. Do not let them block themselves, as I am away at noon-8:00 PM.

MHLU (talk) 14:24, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pegship, in reverting the entire, uh, penile conversation on the Chagall talk page my only intent was to remove the attempts by various IPs to prolong an inappropriate topic of discussion. As a result your comment was removed as well, as it otherwise would have lacked context, and I received a warning. Again, no harm was intended. Cheers, JNW (talk) 14:46, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-Protection[edit]

A few days ago, someone in my user page that you can edit that I have a penis. That is no good. Can I semi protect it? AHLU (talk) 14:57, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Marc Chagall[edit]

Again today, some kind of vandal edited that Marc Chagall has a penis, and another time, he drinks pea juice and spits saliva. That is no good. Can I semi-protect the page to prevent vandalism?

MHLU (talk) 15:04, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Penile Discussions[edit]

What's wrong with all these vandals editing that people have a penis? 1|Gary Webster, 2|Me, 3|Marc Chagall, 4|Alex (AHLU), 5|Marcel Duchamp. Maybe that trolls are too lazy, something?

Contact me or Alex.

Me again. Besides, Pegship, it is worse. Now the trolls are editing that Marcel Duchamp has a penis. What should I do? MHLU (talk) 00:33, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MHLU (talk) 16:09, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

Pegship,

The trolls edited that the The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the Business of Life that the book is dumb, vandalizing popular pages. Also, the troll edited that Marcel Duchamp and Antonio Vivaldi have a penis. No good, no playtime for the trolls. But, an admin, Epbr123 blocked the troll for a LLOONNGG (very long) period for 24 hours.

You may wish to read the IP's talk page.

Thanks. MHLU (talk) 23:05, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Calling all active WP:NOVELS members[edit]

WikiProject Novels Roll Call

WikiProject Novels is currently holding a roll call, which we hope to have annually. Your username is listed on the members list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active within the project. If you still consider yourself an active WP:Novels editor, please add your name back to the Active Members list. Also feel free to join any of our task forces and take a look at the project's Job Centre to get involved!

Next month we will begin the coordinator election selection process. We hope to have more involvement and input this time around! More news will be forthcoming. Thanks, everyone! María (habla conmigo) 18:47, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Snowball[edit]

You have made a edit on The Snowball a long time ago. This is an appropiate edit; the book is future coming, and it does have a IBSN.

Did you know that the book will be published in 17 days?

MHLU (talk) 02:04, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The edit was made on August 11, 2008. MHLU (talk) 03:59, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Danish film[edit]

Hello your Peghsip. Can you do a quick CatScan on Category:Danish films to see of it is eligible for Denmark-film-stub. Wow only 46? Thats a surprise. Thanks, I'll let you know when I have added more. The Bald One White cat 14:55, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I;ve created Template:Alice O'Fredericks ready for starting. That should take it to 110. See my proposal on the stub page. It would probably best to create such a template first to save time later but I remain open to suggestions. P.S we need to get all those Famous Five novels started. I was surprised to see only thre eor four started LOL. Aren't they like Core novel articles for children? The Bald One White cat 18:26, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

9/21/08[edit]

Trolls never give up! Now, there is a logged troll! It's StupidGuy11!

MHLU (talk) 17:19, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly, but a friend using his IP had used it and vandalized four times. It's not his fault and the friend violated the sock puppetry policy.

CfD nomination of Category:Little House on the Prairie[edit]

I know you're not the creator (an anon who long ago ceased editing), but you seem to have an interest in this category:

Category:Little House on the Prairie has been nominated for renaming. If you would like to participate in the discussion, you are invited to add your comments at the category's entry on the Categories for discussion page. Thank you. Cgingold (talk) 08:23, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Opera[edit]

I can't believe the fuss kicked up over it!! 4 days later and they're still saying things like I have "buggered" up their system. Yawn yawn. Now Kleinnach has threatened to leave because he feels he didn't get his own way and is justifying his considerable "janitor" work and WP:OWN as justification to do so. The Bald One White cat 20:15, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ah don't worry about me I had almost forgotten about it until I logged in and found a message from Kleinnach and a patronising comment aboout WP:Civil. At least User:Voceditenore and User:Nrswanson and some of the others demonstrate a constructive way to think out a solution so it aint all bad I suppose. What got to me is the way the others treated me as a vandal, when actually I thought I was making a much needed change. Best The Bald One White cat 20:24, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I did send an email to permissions@ from the organization's main email account granting permission for content on the website to be used on Wikipedia and also left a message on Talk:United States Student Achievers Program a couple of days ago. What will it take for the page to be put back up again? Thank you.

P.S. I did mess up trying to leave a message for you moments ago. Please accept my sincerest apologies. Thank you.

Andrea White[edit]

Do You have any sources that support that Andrea White was working for the Law firm Locke Liddell?--Obaidz96 (talk contribs count) 02:19, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the misunderstanding. --Obaidz96 (talk contribs count) 03:27, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Peg - this stub type has been undeleted (the creator wasn't notified and objected), so I've done a procedural relisting at SFD. Given that you nominated it last time, I though you should know. Grutness...wha? 23:59, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
