Hi Paulo, wow, that article, and the "Notable people" section, was a mess ... such sections shouldn't normally contain people without articles, but the one in the Atotonilco El Alto article contained plenty of them. You can feel free to remove red-linked notable people from articles like that if you like. I've removed them (including your name) from the Atotonilco El Alto page and cleaned up the article while I was there.
