Hello PauliineMitt. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. @PauliineMitt: Also note that: Users who are compensated for any publicity efforts related to the subject of their Wikipedia contributions are deemed to be paid editors, regardless of whether they were compensated specifically to edit Wikipedia. Language option in Made in Baltics related page citations

I was just looking at the citations at List of Made In Baltics artists and noticed that some of the citations that you have created on the page have been given English titles when the article title is originally in Estonian. For example https://uudised.tv3.ee/meelelahutus/uudis/2020/05/19/onnitlused-eleryn-tiit-solmis-lepingu-tuntud-plaadifirmaga has the title "Eleryn Tiit got signed to a well known Estonian record label" when the original title is "Õnnitlused! Eleryn Tiit sõlmis lepingu tuntud plaadifirmaga".

Can I suggest that you consider the "Foreign language and translated title" option from Template:Cite_web#Foreign_language_and_translated_title as shown below.

In the case of the citation above it would be something like
