If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Fortified Records, LLC, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:07, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: Yes, the lack of 3rd person narrative was the problem with the article. As the article was written, it was clearly promotional in tone and not appropriate. Additionally, the article did not establish the company's notability. You would need to rewrite the article as provide the necessary references to establish the company's claim to notability. You might want to review Wikipedia's Business' FAQ before proceeding with the rewrite. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 17:36, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Sinergyst, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.digstation.com/ArtistAlbums.aspx?albumID=ALB000053050.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) A tag has been placed on Sinergyst requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Re your message: The article was deleted not only because of the potential copyright violation, but because it did not establish why the artist is notable enough for inclusion, similar to the Fortified Records, LLC article. (There are specific notability guidelines for companies and musical artists). While the copyright issue can easily be overcome, the notability requirement still stands. For example, to be notable enough for inclusion, you must have had a charted single or album or released multiple albums with a major label or important indie label. I recommend that you also read Wikipedia's Article Subject's FAQ before creating the article again. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 17:45, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Speedy at Fortified Records, LLC

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Fortified Records, LLC, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 04:37, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Fortified Records, LLC. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 04:38, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:42, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
