These publications are available at University of Berkeley and several other public libraries. These were provided for referencing purposes for those interested in learning more about the subject. There is no need for anyone to go 'shopping', therefore, not spam. There is very little available on these subjects. Your actions of assumation are not appreciated in the least. Thank you.
