[edit]If the new entry has significant improvements versus the previous version and dealt the issues that justified the deletion, then it can be re-created. You can put notes on the talk page indicating the improvements versus the previous version.
Also there won't be any potentialWP:COI problems in this new entry as well as the user who created the page before had the name of the software. --JForget 23:07, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
