Peer review error

[edit]

Details

[edit]

Peer review error: At User:Parent5446_Bot/Task_Lists/WikiProject_Ohio#Peer_reviews, the PR sections say Template error.

Fix for Problem: The script was inserting "Talk:" in front of the article title (which messes up transclusion) instead of inserting it in front of GA nominations, since GANs are on sub-pages of the article's talk page

I have recently seen a similar error for GAN for Ohio State Route 716. Any ideas? §hep¡Talk to me! 22:49, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The problem was with {{GAList}}, which has a dysfunctional subst: check. I removed the check since it does not actually check for substing efficiently anyway. — Parent5446 (message email) 01:38, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, thanks for the fix! §hep¡Talk to me! 01:41, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do not include to do tasklist for WikiProject Ohio

Do not include to do tasklist for WikiProject Ohio: Would it be possible to put <noinclude> tags around the todo list for WikiProject Ohio?

Fix for Problem: A fix for this problem has not yet been provided.

You mean <noinclude></noinclude> tags? If so, I could implement it immediately. — Parent5446 (message email) 20:32, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yep, I used the <tt> tag instead of nowiki, so it didn't show up. That's be great if you could. §hep¡Talk to me! 20:34, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It should be changed on the next run. — Parent5446 (message email) 20:39, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot! §hep¡Talk to me! 20:40, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. As an inexperienced bot user, I plan to make a good start and make this bot as functional and customized as possible. If you have any request (I mean anything), just ask and I'll see if I can do it. — Parent5446 (message email) 01:44, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the WP:TV task list?

[edit]

Details

[edit]

Where is the WP:TV task list?: The bot keeps removing anything added to User:Parent5446 Bot/Task Lists/WikiProject Television and it does not add anything by itself, so I have removed the transclusion at Wikipedia:WikiProject Television.

Fix for Problem: A fix for this problem has not yet been provided.

((InstructionsTemplate))

InstructionsTemplate

[edit]

Details

[edit]

InstructionsTemplate: Your template User:Parent5446 Bot/MediaWiki/InstructionsTemplate in combination with for instance User:Parent5446 Bot/MediaWiki/MajorBugContent causes the {{ambox}} template to report your templates into the ambox error logging Category:Wikipedia message box parameter needs fixing. If you know an easy way to fix it then fix it, but if not then don't bother since it doesn't matter much that your templates are visible in that error category. I tried to fix it by fixing an obvious bug, you can see my edit to User:Parent5446 Bot/MediaWiki/InstructionsTemplate, but that didn't help.

Fix for Problem: A fix for this problem has not yet been provided.
