Today, I request you to unblock my account once again. I've read Wikipedia's policies since my account was blocked. Now I have a good knowledge of Wikipedia's policy. Therefore, I now request for this account unblock.[reply]

Reason for creating this article

when I googled a name Pradip Bastola. He is a talented Nepali artist. After not finding him on Google, I decided to make a Wikipedia biography of him and opened my account on Wikipedia. The artist is the jewel of the nation and I think it is appropriate to make a credible biography of him as many people are interested in him.

Reasons for opening multiple accounts

Coincidentally, the two of us got the name. I tried to make the biography public from my account but it was rejected. I thought it was rejected because the same user name. So I opened multiple account. When I opened the first account, I put my real name which was qualified and passed it on. At that time I am unknown about policy.

Conclusion

I will respect if my today's request is disqualified. My intention was not to interfere with Wikipedia's policy. And I didn't work for any money for that biography . This was just the beginning of my new work. The biography I was trying to make public was not stolen from anywhere. That is all my own discovery. Since he is a talented artist, anyone else can write a biography about him as I wrote today. I just request that his biography not be avoided in future to public due to this account. Thank You
