Answer
Yes, you may warn the vandals, you just can't block them unless you're an admin ;). Your sig is cool, btw. You might find WP:VANDAL Useful. astatine-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 19:58, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
Another thing...
You may want to join the groups WP:CVU (The counter-vandalism unit), and Wikipedia:WikiProject user warnings. astatine-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 19:59, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
BTW
The things on my talk page don't get deleted, they get archived. See the archive box for old discussions. astatine-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 23:16, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
You may want to start using Twinkle. It is a program that helps you revert vandalism. Personally, I think Mike's Wiki Tool is better. Try them both out! You'll be reverting vandalism pretty quickly! astatine-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 23:18, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
I use
MWT. Its very small, Huggle sucks, nothing is like MWT. You have to set a default warning level in huggle, and dont even see their userpage. Twinkle is OK. Lupins sort of sucks. Thats just my opinion. astatine-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 12:56, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Vandals that already have a final warning
Hi Papercutbiology.
If you revert someone and then when you go to their talk page, you see that they have a recent (withing 3-4 days) final warning, you can make a report to Administrator intervention against vandalism to request that they be blocked. Or, since I see you are using Twinkle, you can click on the tab labeled "arv" to have the tool make a report. If you have any problems, I'd be happy to try to help you.
Cheers, and keep up the good work! J.delanoygabsadds 16:27, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

Reversion
I reverted a Personal attack on your talk page that that IP made against you regarding Fourth dimension. I left him a level 4 warning, seeing you already warned him. α§ʈάt̪íňέ-210 discovered elements ∞ what am I? 00:27, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Please don't edit 'fourth dimension'
The person who deleted stuff from the above article might be useful, but I think he deleted a bit too much information, and I'm too lazy to find out what he deleted, so I just reverted his edits. Anyway, isn't more information better than less. Well... it depends. But please don't revert my edits. 219.78.119.49. Talk to me here

Greetings from the Emergency Medicine and EMS Task Force!
Welcome to our little happy band of travellers!!! Most of us who are involved are either from one group or the other (E/R docs or medics), but anyone is welcome. We are currently engaged in trying to get as many of the Start and Stub articles as possible up to at least a 'B' level. Anything that you can do to help contribute to that would be appreciated, but no rush! Take your time and have a good look through the existing articles. If you are unsure where you might help, feel free to ask anyone (we're a friendly bunch!). In the meantime, enjoy your time with us and once again, welcome!Emrgmgmtca (talk) 11:15, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Here is a little something to identify you as a part of the Task Force. You might want to paste it to your User page when you get that designed. Emrgmgmtca (talk) 11:21, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

You are quite welcome, little one! I noticed a couple of other things that we have in common...I'm just over on the other side of the lake, in Ontario, Canada, and my people are the Mississaugas of Rice Lake band of the Ojibway Nation. I note that you've already been 'adopted'...good for you! If you have any questions at all, or if there's anything that I can do to help, I'm usually around for at least a while, most days...just ask!:) Emrgmgmtca (talk) 11:34, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Rollback
I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 14:55, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

PediaPress renderer for Wikipedia Books
I thought you might be interested in this. Basically, this would give you access to the PediaPress renderer used to print books and should allow you to review book as they would be printed (minus covers). If you find errors and problems, please report them at Help:Books/Feedback.
You either received this message because
- You edited several books
- You are part of WikiProject Wikipedia-Books. (If you aren't, please free free to join in. We'll take any help we can.)

The Wikipedia Library now offering accounts from Cochrane Collaboration (sign up!)
The Wikipedia Library gets Wikipedia editors free access to reliable sources that are behind paywalls. Because you are signed on as a medical editor, I thought you'd want to know about our most recent donation from Cochrane Collaboration.
- Cochrane Collaboration is an independent medical nonprofit organization that conducts systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials of health-care interventions, which it then publishes in the Cochrane Library.
- Cochrane has generously agreed to give free, full-access accounts to 100 medical editors. Individual access would otherwise cost between $300 and $800 per account.
- If you are still active as a medical editor, come and sign up :)
