This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it has been used to evade blocks on other accounts. You have been told how to request an unblock, and "just ignore the block and carry on editing using other accounts and without logging into any account" is not what you were told. The more often you evade the block the less likely it is that you will be unblocked if you eventually decide to request an unblock properly.
