Koltsova's name in Cyrillic can be added as {{lang-uk|Олександра Кольцова}}. See for example how it is done at Olena Koltsova.

Headings should be like ==Biography== and ==References==. After the References heading, on the next line, there should be the footer code {{reflist}} to collect up the footnotes. Create a footnote for the external webpages using the Cite menu, and the {{cite web}} template. Put your cursor where the footnote number should appear in the text. Add the URL in the URL field and click the magnifying glass to fill other fields; then click the insert button and save (publish button).
