October 2013

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm John Cline. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to User:SyedNaqvi90, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —John Cline (talk) 05:41, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello John, that account was my previous account that was hacked and I was blocked. I just wanted to remove all the personal information over there. Since I requested an unblock to deactivate my accounts can you please guide me through. I have wasted alot of my precious time on Wikipedia editing pages that are not even educating and controversial, thank you. Pakistani47 (talk) 05:46, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have created a complicated situation for yourself; you can begin to uncomplicate it! I have reported our interactions at wp:spi and expect that an administrator will contact you soon. My advice is to be honest about mistakes you have made; and clear about understanding where you were in violation of various policies.—John Cline (talk) 08:15, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

John, I am being honest. Me and brother use to share a single PC back in the days. I understand there have been some serious violation of Wikipedia policies from my last account SyedNaqvi90. Which I certainly regret, I just wanted to deactivate that account and this one for good since I am in my Senior year at school, I don't want any distractions and it was dumb of me to have my personal information on the previous account. I just want that to be removed and I won't bother anyone again over that matter. Please advise! Pakistani47 (talk) 05:04, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Account blocked - how to appeal

[edit]

Pakistani47, I have blocked your account because block evasion is not permitted. However, I don't hold this against you as it appears you are trying to amend your ways and contribute effectively to this encyclopedia. What you need to do now is to convince the community that you should be unblocked. To do this, use the {{unblock}} template indicating (1) what you intend to help with on Wikipedia, and (2) that you understand why you have been blocked (and don't intend to repeat this behavior in the future). An administrator will review your request, and potentially bring it to the community for consensus gathering. --Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 21:27, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request Unblock

Request reason:

Hello Dear Admin, I want to apologize for on violating Wikipedia policies on either of the two accounts I have maintained. I understand it was very irresponsible and wrong of me to fake numbers on Wiki on my last account SyedNaqvi90. I am really sorry, I am requesting an unblock of this account and my last account I promise I will never again do any vandalism or fake numbers. If you see my contribution most of them have been very constructive and still remain on Wiki. I am a law abiding person, its just that I was unaware of Wikipedia policies in the past. Kindly review my block I am really sorry and honest about this. Thank you!Pakistani47 (talk) 1:40 pm, 3 November 2013, last Sunday (2 days ago) (UTC+0)

Decline reason:

Given the time elapsed since your last account was blocked, I would have been happy to unblock this account. However, it seems clear from diffs such as these that even after three years you are still intent on continuing precisely the same behaviour which got your original account blocked. I'm therefore declining this request. Six months from now, if you so wish, you may request unblock under the standard offer from your previous account. Yunshui  08:49, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You happily continued faking numbers with this account as well. Blanking your talk page won't erase the record. Huon (talk) 22:31, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
