RE:Fastoon
OK, i will jus leave Fastoon as a redirect, i know that article was not suitable for Wikipedia, besides there is already a article about Fastoon on the Ratchet & Clank Wiki. Moon Star X1 (talk) 04:11, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Just a Note
Per the conversation at DGG's page - I think the "timewasters" and "rpgnet" are determined as objective, unbiased, and reliable sites for reviews on board games/rpgsand board game related/rpg game related products. They rely on real names, are reviewed before posting, and also have opinion. Also, my idea is to restore the Blood Angels page, turn it into a discussion of their individual appearance in multiple media (a handful of books, a video game, a planned movie, some gaming books and some models), and have Dante as a small section under one game. There was a major UK comic book award for the one product (Blood Quest I think its called). I just started looking into this, and I don't know much about the topic. But what I have found so far (review wise, product specs from third party sites), make it seem like I can find enough to make an article that can be neutral, include criticism and critiques, discuss product history, and all sorts of stuff that could warrant a GA. I hope this make sense. Ottava Rima (talk) 20:03, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'd say feel free to work on an article in your user space to see if something workable can be created from what you've got. Make sure to separate reviews properly, though. A review of a video game with the Blood Angels is not the same as a review of the Blood Angels themselves. There will be some overlap, of course, but keep that in mind. The original Blood Angels article was overly filled with in-universe writing. If you start from that you'll need to cut it down severely. Pagrashtak 16:32, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'd have to know what sources that information comes from. I see that there are books, comics, and video games, so I assume there are different plots. Do you have enough knowledge? If I can't find anyone, I'll risk chopping out what I can't verify or track down (plot summaries on Amazon seem to help a little). Ottava Rima (talk) 05:05, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't, sorry. You could try asking at Wikipedia:WikiProject Warhammer 40,000. Pagrashtak 13:41, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Why did you move List of Forgotten Realms deities/Merge proposal?
The proposal goes here, it gets discussed here. Plus you left red links so no one can find it. I am moving it back. LA @ 14:24, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well, it looks like I was changing it back when you sent me your message about this. I still moved it back since the proposal is so long that it would be better to have the proposal on one page and the discussion on its talk page. A talk page doesn't have a talk page. So to keep the proposal "clear," it needs to be seperate from the discussion, IMO. LA @ 14:33, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- As the proposal is a sub-page of the main page, I did not see the harm of putting it there. As I said the proposal is rather long, so a seperate discussion page is needed to keep the proposal "clear." Any changes to the proposal should be discussed on a seperate page. As the proposal is so specific, I don't think that there is a general area in which this could be placed and have the same impact. If you think of a place, let me know; and I will move it there. A small question
Why did you delete the Zafina article twice? What's your reason? Who agreed with that? Why didn't you delete this Zack (Dead or Alive)? Shrine Maiden (talk) 17:44, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- I didn't, I deleted it once. I deleted it under Wikipedia's Criteria for speedy deletion, specifically G4, recreation of deleted material. If you read the links I provided in my deletion comment, you'll see consensus to delete the article at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zafina and confirmation of that decision at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2008 February 8. If you have questions about that, feel free to ask the closing admin, Jerry (talk). If you feel that Zack (Dead or Alive) should also be deleted, please feel free to use either Wikipedia:Proposed deletion or Wikipedia:Articles for deletion to do so. Pagrashtak 21:03, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- I can see the result was 4:4. Why was it deleted? Shrine Maiden (talk) 17:09, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
- Articles for deletion is not a vote. Jerry closed the AFD, not me, but I would assume that many of the keep statements were discounted. For example, the first keep statement, "Zafina is VERY notable, as she is a new character and deserves to be known about." does not mesh with Wikipedia:Notability. Being a new character does not mean she is notable. The next keep statement, "Every other character in the Tekken series has an article or an article that mentions them, describing them very well, so why shouldn't Zafina?" is a common argument that is referred to as other stuff exists and does not work in this case. I'll stop there, but that should give you the basic idea. Jerry elaborates a little more on why he closed as delete at the deletion review. Hope that answers your question. Need my workpage deleted
You suggested that I create a workpage for the Space marine chapter list, which I did, and thank you. I didn't think to move the article, however, and to do so (and preserve the article's history), I need an administrator to first delete the existing page. If you could do that, I would appreciate it. I am enjoying your input
Hello! While I may not agree with your position in that DRV discussion on the "Saw" films, I am enjoying your wonderfully cogent contribution to both that discussion and to the project as a whole. And I don't know if it was intentional, but thank your for the "Surely you don't..." set up in that discussion that allowed me to drop that wonderfully awful pun from the movie "Airplane!" This is just my way of saying "Thanks!" for being great. Ecoleetage (talk) 19:19, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

TFA for LoZ:OoT
You may want to enter an entry for LoZ:OoT on the TFA request page, like, ASAP. Someone has put up a PlayStation 3 article which has 2 points, but your article has 3 and should take precedence (I can't do it for you, as I've got several TFAs under my belt and it would lose a point). Ideally, yours should take precedence. I am checking input at the TFA talk page but if you get the entry up for OoT, it will make things easier to get OoT as the VG TFA for an discriminate time period (as, of course, if PS3 goes up first, OoT drops to 1 pt, not good). --MASEM 07:02, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
Missingno.
Just wanted to give you a heads-up that I removed the "prod" tag from Missingno., which you added. I did that because I saw in the page history logs that it's been at Articles for Deletion once already. My understanding of the deletion process is that any page that's already been at AfD has to go back to AfD in order for it to be nominated for deletion again, rather than be put into the "prod" process again. Raven1977 (talk) 05:51, 27 October 2008 (UTC)
- Hello again. Yes, when I saw its first revision was a re-direct, that looked weird to me, because because there was no record of who and when was the page creation. So digging around a bit, I noticed a link in the Revision history page that says View Logs for this page. And via that, you see this: Log page for Missingno.. I agree it probably should be deleted, but I just came across the page while doing "proposed deletion patrol" and my understanding of policy is that prior candidates of AfD have to go back there if they're recreated and still lacking notability. NP mag
I have noticed you're listed for having NP issue #29. Any info on F-Zero would be appreciated. « ₣M₣ » 00:18, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
- Sure. There's an article on pages 8–17, but it's mostly screenshots. Looks mostly useful for Gameplay citations if you need them. It mentions some basic facts, like it's set in 26th century Earth, three leagues (Knight, Queen, King) in the Grand Prix Circuit, each with five tracks, finishing in top three will advance you to the next track, battery back-up records ten best times for each of the 15 tracks. Then there's some gameplay mechanics, button descriptions, leaning, super jet, pit zones, that kind of thing, some descriptions of the characters and vehicles, then in-depth track coverage. The Super NES Player's Guide (not the F-Zero PG) has coverage on pages 120–125. It's mostly along the same line, I even recognize some of the text copied from the article. It mentions the use of rotation and scaling effects to create what they call a "super realistic driving experience" (back then ;) ) and jumps make the view move up and down with the machine. Again, it's primarily coverage of the tracks. If you want further details on any of that or need cite info, let me know. Pagrashtak 00:31, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
- I am interested to know about the battery back-up records and any info on points. Does it mention any unique aspect that Death Wind, Port Town, and Red Canyon have in common? Wiki article says the accessibility of some pathways depend on the league chosen. Other than those, it sounds like more of what is already in the Instruction manual. « ₣M₣ » 03:38, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
- Not much about the battery, it's mentioned in passing. In 29, it's a one-sentence sidebar that says the Game Pak has a battery back-up that records the ten best time for each of the 15 tracks. The SNES guide says a battery backup built into the Game Pak records your best F-Zero racing accomplishments.
- It mentions the wind in Death Wind, two jumps in both Port Towns, and red rocks in Red Canyon II that can be skipped with a jump. Not sure what "unique aspect" you're looking for.
- For points, both sources mention lap bonus (1st, 900; 2nd, 600; 3rd, 400; 4th, 200) and race bonuses (1st,2500; 2nd, 1500; 3rd, 1000), and a 1-up every 10000 points. Pagrashtak 13:56, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
- "The courses Death Wind, Port Town, and Red Canyon have areas that are not accessible unless the player is on another version of those tracks, which then in-turn closes the direction previously available." I was hoping some NP issue would have information on this so I can fix-up that sentence. « ₣M₣ » 14:59, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry, don't see that. Pagrashtak 20:00, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Besides that, I will also need you to confirm the existence of this scan. If you find it, I'll need cite info. Thanks, « ₣M₣ » 00:44, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yep, that's page 103 of volume 94 (March 1997), from the Pak Watch section. No author information is given. Pagrashtak 13:28, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
- That's the only scan that fansite gives, so if NP did fulfill its promise on more information in a future issue, please let me know. « ₣M₣ » 19:26, 6 November 2008 (UTC)
WikiProject: Dungeons & Dragons
Hi! I’ve been working on a lot of ‘’Dungeons & Dragons’’ articles lately and saw that you've edited some too, and am inviting you to join Wikipedia’s D&D group. I've been hard at work removing tags placed inappropriately on D&D articles, as well as modifying articles to remove tags that were placed legitimately. In addition, I have been compiling related articles together so that the articles are longer, making it easier to remove tags and to have short articles on lesser topics by just putting it into another appropriate article (links to such compiled articles can be found on my userpage). Check out the project here , and ask any questions that you may have here. Thank you for your time. Drilnoth (talk) 21:04, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

Hello, I notice you had recently been involved in the chastisement of a user who was vandalizing the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time article. I can't pretend I'm uninvolved here. I was just warned by an admin for edit warring with this editor, however as it stands the information on the article is incorrect and I find myself administratively restricted from re-inserting Miyamoto as a possible director of the game. I don't want to give the appearance that I'm trying to recruit you to correct what I consider vandalism, but as you have a history with this editor I think the article could benefit from your expertise in the matter. Thank you very much, and if you feel I have acted in an untoward fashion by asking you for assistance then please disregard my request. -Thibbs (talk) 02:43, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
