Proposed deletion of Anup Kaphle

The article Anup Kaphle has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails GNG. Most of the reference are just mentions. The one awards he received is some kind of scholarship and another is best employee award! His name may appear in google because he is reporter of a media.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
