Unblock request for my own Institution's wiki page

I fail to understand that why a particular account held by me is being blocked by others? We are a college affiliated with AKTU and no mis information is being served and some authority is blocking us without telling the reason and way out to unblock.

Please do let me know if any particular document is required to establish my identity and authority.

Also, please do let me know as how and when the merger request was received by the said authorities.
