2011 MLS alignments

OK, in which league would Portland and Vancouver be considered Eastern Conference teams? Tom Danson (talk) 17:47, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think the point is that the league has not decided if it will continue with conferences at all, go back to the three divisions, keep unbalanced conferences, or send a WC team to the EC. Plus, the point made on one of the changes by another user is true - the league website still reflects them as expansion teams without a conference. If the decision had been made, it would have been updated immediately - just like when the Wizards changed their name and logo - it was changed on the MLS site right away.
