Hi! I got your message and I have restored the apparently indadvertantly deleted paragraph. Thanks for letting me know about it. You said your IP is blocked but I don't see that you are caught in an autoblock, so I'm not sure how to proceed without more information. You can post an unblock on your talk page, if you wish to have it looked into so you can resume editing. You can use the {{unblock-ip}} template.
