Hello PLAYGMAN. We can't help you with locating paid editing services; many are scams(see WP:SCAM) and even more legitimate ones cannot make any guarantees to you(such as writing an article that will not be deleted). If that's what you want to do, you will have to locate such services yourself; do not hand over any money until you see the completed work. You will also want to make sure that whomever you hire makes the Terms of Use-required paid editing disclosure.
