[edit]Thanks for contributing to the article List of British Army installations. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. Please help by adding more sources to the article you edited, and/or by clarifying how the sources already given support the claims (see here for how to do inline referencing). If you need further help, you can look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse, or just ask me. Thank you. Dormskirk (talk) 00:19, 12 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Sukhoi Su-57. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Amortias (T)(C) 18:33, 9 June 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for November 11
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Group. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

British Army
[edit]The source given for 8th Engineer Bde. and 7 Air Def. Group doesn't mention either of these two formations. As long as these moves aren't confirmed by source that other editors can check and confirm, we keep the last sources organization of the British Army. - I just saw that you added to the source that it is a different issue than the one the link points to. Do we have a link to the previous issue? That would be ideal. Thank you, noclador (talk) 18:26, 12 November 2024 (UTC)

- Also the British Army website is usually very outdated (even though it just got a new design they copy n pasted most of the information). PAWPERSO (talk) 19:22, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- @PAWPERSO: Excellent! Found the source now. Thank you for your work. I will update the graphics of the British Army and divisions tonight. Are there any other changes required to bring the graphics to date? Cheers, noclador (talk) 19:46, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- - 11th SFAB now in Field Army Troops
- - Special Investigation Branch doesn't exist anymore, replaced by tri service Defence Serious Crime Unit
- - It's not the Special Operations Unit, it's the Special Operations Regiment (which contains CPU etc)
- - It's the Royal Yorkshire Regiment
- - RPoC North is Catterick
- - ARRC Military Police Battalion in 1st Signal Brigade (only RMP battalion)
- Can't see anything else, good job PAWPERSO (talk) 20:29, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- Oh and 2 RGR is currently based at Shorncliffe, not Brunei. 1 RGR is based in Brunei right now, and is under the command of British Forces Brunei. As 2 RGR is in the 4th Light BCT they are in the UK. They rotate every 3 years. The battalion in the 4th Light BCT at the time will never be currently based in Brunei. PAWPERSO (talk) 20:36, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- And 1 Rifles now also based in Cyprus Summer 2023-Summer 2025. PAWPERSO (talk) 20:42, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- Seems there is some discrepancies between your British Army 2024 graphic and the individual division graphics PAWPERSO (talk) 20:46, 12 November 2024 (UTC)

Updated all four graphics, and have overwritten the old files. In the gallery above are now the newest versions, with all the changes you mentioned above. I haven't added the location of the ARRC Military Police Battalion as I could not find it. If there are any other changes, please let me know. Also, when there are future changes just let me know on my talkpage and I will update the graphics. Last but not least, if other military organization graphics are needed, just put the data into the my talkpage and I will get to it. Cheers, noclador (talk) 22:09, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
