While strictly speaking this is not an WP:A3 candidate - you may be able to see a 2022 The New Zealand Herald article - this is an unambiguous violation of Wikipedia's non-negotiable Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons policy.

Just adding "New Zealand services" is incompatible with the strict application of that non-negotiable policy

In particular, I would would strongly suggest that you please read and review this section
