First, what does the article do well? Is there anything from your review that impressed you? Any turn of phrase that described the subject in a clear way? The lead is simple, the order of the contents makes sense, and the article is pretty straight forward.
What changes would you suggest the author apply to the article? Why would those changes be an improvement? I believe you could add more to the media and history categories. If you know more history of the sandals, more styles, or possibly the mentioning of the shoes in the media. I believe adding to the history and styles categories is more important to the article, adding to the media wouldn't be a bad idea if you could.
What's the most important thing the author could do to improve the article? The most important thing you could do would be adding to the history if possible. I believe the order of importance is the same as the list of contents: 1) history 2) styles 3) media 4) see also
Did you notice anything about the article you reviewed that could be applicable to your own article? Let them know! I could link my sentences together better in my own article. This article was well articulated, which makes it easier to just add more content to it instead of revising it.
