Update green wall of china info

Looking through some articles I'd like to update the information under the "countermeasures" section about the great green wall of china saying "30 million hectares of forests have been planted" and that land desertified in china has been shrinking by an annual average of 1980 square km.Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).
