Oceania Gross for Demon Slayer The Movie Mugen Train
[edit]Please check the gross of the film in Austrailia and New Zealand. The gross looks wrong. If I am wrong, could you please rectify how you are adding the grosses of Oceania, because the change doesn't looks correct. いちか かすが (talk) 09:50, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
- Please see Talk:Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train. Indeed, the total gross revenue in US$ till Mar 24 in New Zealand decreased from that till Mar 21 because of the change in exchange rates. I am planning to use weekly conversion method from local currencies into US$ for Australia and New Zealand in future by using data from The Numbers, but just now the data from The Numbers are problematic.Orichalcum (talk)
- Actually, I do understand how exchange rate affect the grosses, but I do not know how you are adding each gross because Numero provides total grosses for top 4 films. So, I couldn't understand your edits and change in grosses. Yeah, you should go ahead to use the weekly conversion method. I agree your plan.🥰🥰🥰いちか かすが (talk)

Indonesia gross for the film Demon Slayer: Mugen Train
[edit]I have undergone deep search in the Internet for the film grosses in the country of Indonesia. In the talk page of the Box Office Indonesia, it was mentioned that the film gross has been more than $300 thousand.[1] Further, I would like to know your response for the man caught for illegally filming the movie.[2] Would it be appropiate to add these to controversies sections? Another important thing is that should I add that the film has been leaked in anime piracy site like Animeflix and Kickass Anime.[3][4][5] Also, Film leaked in Singapore and Indonesia.[6] You might think me as a stuborn but I consider you as a great friend of mine so I asked you regarding this. Also please reply on the talk page. Your comment is necessary for the success of the discussion. Further, I have added the film release timetable, please update the table to rectify my mistakes. Thank you. Have a nice dream. いちか かすが (talk) 15:47, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
- In the forum that you cited, Sleeper Hit and Charlie Jatinder were talking about admissions (not revenue!) at "300k plus atleast", which may correspond to ca. US$ 2 million in revenue obtained by multiplying the admissions by US$7 per person as an average ticket price in Indonesia. Anyway, this can not be treated as the source for the revenue or admissions in Indonesia. For the other topics, I think they are too much for this article.Orichalcum (talk) 16:32, 28 March 2021 (UTC)

Indonesia Gross of the film is now available
[edit]Charlie Jatinder states that the film has grossed $1 million in Indonesia. When I asked him about Macau, he said that the datas are combined with Hong Kong. The only gross he couldn't find is of Mongolia. He states that the distributor hasn't revealed. Here is the link to my tweets:[1] いちか かすが (talk) 09:10, 1 April 2021 (UTC)
- Indonesian gross revenue is still not available at all! He is not an official person engaged in film distributors but only showing his estimate without showing any sources for that. From his previous discussion on Indonesian box office about 300k admissions in early March that you have cited, we can guess he do not have any solid numbers for Indonesia. All I could find was that CGV announced DS became No1 in the 1st week, but CGV is only one of the five or six distributors for DS in Indonesia. At least, there has been no news that DS surpassed Weathering with You in revenue, demonstrating that it may well below $1million. COVID was a big problem in January in Indonesia, and even the revenues of no1 films were likely much lower than expected. We have to wait for the official announcement from ODEX or film associations in Indonesia.Orichalcum (talk) 11:09, 1 April 2021 (UTC)
- Extremely sorry, I could possibly asked about the sources of his estimated data. But this time he has didn't use the word "may" or "might" so it took me to the confidence. Further, he is reputed Box Office Analyst. So, I didn't thought that it would be necessary to asked his sources since it would also lead to misunderstanding and impolite. I am extremely sorry that we need relevant media or source to confirm any text added to a content. Never would make such a mistake. I would like to know if the datas for Macau and Hong Kong are really combined. Further, I would like to know your view regarding its gross in Mongolia.いちか かすが (talk) 12:42, 1 April 2021 (UTC)
