We haven't talked in a while...

Hajimemashite, Oreos san. Atashi wa Sergeant Snopake desu. (How are you, Miss Oreos. I am Sergeant Snopake). You've just got to roll with the punches with most animes. To start off with, it'll be like, 'Whoa, that's really weird!', but eventually it'll become commanplace. Yeah, Molly's not big, but too big for my dad's liking. It must be nice to be able to just go to a rescue centre, see a cute dog, beg, and get her. We had to beg to get a dog, find the exact dog he wanted, fill up all the criteria, and still be told that it's not right and that it's a 'yapper-type'. Sergeant Snopake 19:37, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

Wow. Your dad must be really specific. :P All I had to do was beg and beg and beg. My dad really doesn't care about their size. I know he had some big dogs. He once had a dog named Quicksilver, I think, whom he picked up while traveling in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, or California. And I know he had a German Shepherd, too. Did I ever tell you that story about the cat and dog my dad had as a kid on Halloween? ØřêōşGo Italia! 20:09, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
Specific isn't the word. He's like some kind of...God knows what. *Sighs*. No, I don't believe you did tell me that story. Please, elucidate... Sergeant Snopake 20:25, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
Well, when my dad was a kid, on Halloween his cat would dress up as a dog and the dog would dress up as a cat. When my dad and his siblings would go to collect candy, the 'cat' would bark and the 'dog' would meow. When my papa first told me that story, I wouldn't stop laughing for ages! ØřêōşGo Italia! 20:42, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
That sounds like so much fun! It's a pity that in England we don't go trick or treating. I wish we did. Sergeant Snopake 20:58, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
You don't? I thought you did. :P What's England like? According to my dad, it's fantastic. However, I still do not get the difference between England, the United Kingdom, and Britain. :P ØřêōşGo Italia! 00:07, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
England is probably the most wonderful country in the world. I'm just about to go on holiday to Kent and I've got some last minute packing to do, so I'll tell you more about it when I get back. England is just England, and the United Kingdom is England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and Britain is England, Scotland, Wales, but not Northern Ireland, and it includes some, but not all, of the little islands (like it doesn't include the Channel Islands)...I think...There's a lot of rules about it. Sergeant Snopake 09:11, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
So basically Britain and the United Kingdom are the same thing, except the UK has Northern Ireland? O_O I got sunburned yesterday...ouch...my back and right eyelid are sunburned. The paaaain. Øřêōş 13:20, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Oooh. That sounds painful. I've been slapping the sunblock on like there's no tomorrow, so even though it's about 30 here, I'm still as pale as ever. You ought to put some stuff on it, we have 'solacare' over here, which has aloe vera in it and it really cools you down. Sergeant Snopake 14:25, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Your dad's a doctor? Totally cool. Yeah, I've got loads of mosquito bites, too (not as many as 11 at the moment, but I once had over 20!), and they've started biting me while I'm awake. I was bitten earlier today, by not even a mosquito! It really hurts. Sergeant Snopake 15:06, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

It's 110 over here. I've been outside all day because we've been filing up a giant inflatable pool. We've been doing it for about 3 hours, and it's still not even a quater of the way up. That's pipes in a house built in the 1730s for you. Sergeant Snopake 15:51, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Oi. Wow. It's probably a quarter or half by now, since I haven't replied in a while. Øřêōş 20:21, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
I've just put a picture of me on Wikipedia Facebook! Sergeant Snopake 20:25, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Thanks! Sergeant Snopake 20:57, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Wow, really? I always thought you were about my age! Sergeant Snopake 21:41, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Ah...I remember what it was like to be a preteen. *sigh* Sergeant Snopake 21:38, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
I'm a munchkin, too! My mum is also about 60in and I'm a little shorter than her, so we're probably about the same height. The disadvantage of being a teen is that I'm not going to grow anymore. Sergeant Snopake 21:47, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
I was about your height when I was 11. The doctor says I won't grow anymore because my bones have fused. Sorry I took so long to reply, we were putting the pets to bed, and as got a new puppy today, it took a little longer than usual. It's pretty late over here (just turned midnight, infact) so I'm heading off to bed now. Good night! Oh, and thanks for saying you liked my picture, I think I look weird in that one. Sergeant Snopake 23:01, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

That would be seven pets, now. It's getting ridiculous. She's so cute, though! When we get some pictures of her, I'll put them up. Ahh, The Sergeant's Favourite. Thanks (again), I think I look the least weird in that one. Sergeant Snopake 09:17, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

I know, I look dead in that picture, especially seeing as those dark rings (they're a family pigment I can't get rid of) I have under my eyes are so bad (I stayed up late the night before). Our puppy is tiny, even smaller than my Dante was at her age! Her name is Miffy (short for Myfanwy), and she is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Sergeant Snopake 18:10, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
I like it. Paris Hilton is so annoying. ;) Sergeant Snopake 21:31, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
Still, it would be pretty nice to be her, sometimes (all that money. *Sigh*). I liked your old sig best, though (Go Italia!). Sergeant Snopake 11:15, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
I don't know, I don't know, it's completely crazy. I'm really glad that Italy won! Pity England was knocked out, though. Sergeant Snopake 22:22, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
I think Ireland were in there...I'm not really sure, I didn't watch it much (just had the 'watchers' tell me the scores afterwards). I have quite a lot of Irish blood, so I would have screamed, too! XD Sergeant Snopake 11:28, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
I'm not a big fan of football, but I really wanted England to win. It's kind of weird to see Americans playing. Someone's just informed me that the Irish, Fillipinos and Canadians weren't in, so I couldn't have screamed for them (but given half a chance...). Sometimes I think about changing my sig, but as it matches my user and talk page, I never do. Sergeant Snopake 11:48, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
Wow, right across from your neighbourhood?!? That's cool! I think it's okay for the Americans to play real football (even if they don't do it well :P), because I play American football all the time. I have to admit, I've never seen Star Wars...weird, huh? I really should get round to it someday...I'm pretty happy with my sig, but if I ever really want to change it, I'll just re-paint my userspace. Sergeant Snopake 14:19, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I remeber those trailers. :) Which room is your dad's room? Like, his study/office? Or do your parents have seperate bedrooms? On an unrelated note, are you religious at all? Sergeant Snopake 22:03, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

Oh, younger sibling, huh? I've never had the chance to experience that, cause I'm the youngest! :) Got any other siblings? Dante sleeps in this room, and he's getting kind of restless (I can't really blame him - how would I feel if someone kept using my bedroom?), so I'm putting him to bed now (which means shutting down this computer - if I was only allowed to have my own!!!). Sergeant Snopake 22:28, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Oh my God, I thought I'd got back to you! My dreams are getting way too real. I keep dreaming I have conversations with people, and then I'll wake up and I can't remember if I did or not! I haven't been up to much. It's my sister's birthday (well, it was her birthday on Friday, but she gets a birthday weekend - it's an old family custom. Don't ask), so we'd been getting in the giant inflatable pool (which was absolutely freezing, and when I found little tiny worms, I decided to get out, and no one's been in since), and playing a fantastic Sherlock Holmes board game. So how's Canada? Sergeant Snopake 09:31, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

I never knew you were a girl

o_O. My mind is blowned. Will (message me!) 20:31, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

O :O :O :O :O :O It seemed pretty obvious I was a girl.... O_O You thought I was a boy?!?! ØřêōşGo Italia! 20:37, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
Until I saw your name on Saturday, yes. Will (message me!) 20:39, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
Wow. I must really not know how to define myself as a girl....:P I pretty much have a girl's personality, though, if you counted my alter ego. (One side of me is a tomboy, the other is basically a counterpart to one of my friends, who is a neat freak, clothing-obsessed expensive person) ØřêōşGo Italia! 20:45, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

I have decided to retire

Hello Oreos. I just wanted to come here and thank you for everything before I retire from wikipedia. I have decided not to stay for various reasons, mostly from the past. I have seen what this place has done to people, and I have decided to not let it happen to me. I don't know if I will come back, but regardless I wanted to thank you. You were always nice to me, and for that I am forever greatful. Thank you my friend for everything. Matt B."aka" Thetruthbelow 04:39, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

Awwww....you're welcome, Mr. Matt. (I hope you'll let me call you that) You're one of the greatest people I've met who can design awesome webpages, and you're just a wonderful person. Please come back soon, my friend. ØřêōşGo Italia! 12:40, 30 June 2006 (UTC) P.S. Please come back!

returned from my retirement because of you all

Hey man. I just wanted to tell you that I have returned due to your’s and others kind messages and emails. I missed this encyclopedia, and I have missed you as well. I really appreciate all that you have done for me. Matt B."aka" Thetruthbelow 06:06, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Don't Go!!!!

We need you, I need you, Wikipedia needs you. Please don't go!!!!That was my plea, but if you still want to take a wikibreak have fun and return soon!!! Matt B."aka" Thetruthbelow 23:49, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Mr. Matt(I'm still calling you that, hehe!) I'm not really leaving....I'm just attempting to adjust to my new schedule, seeing as I am out of school, my best friend and I aren't fighting, and I now have Nelly Furtado's new CD. :) (Yeah, I just got out. My school has a horrible calendar.) I'm probably too addicted so I'll make some more edits anyway. *pokes score on the test thingy that is now a userbox* ØřêōşGo Italia! 23:52, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Ms.Tithenmamiwen(hope you like your new nick name!)that's fine. Just wanted to make sure that you weren't leaving out of anger. Tell me when your back, or if you just want to talk. Matt B."aka" Thetruthbelow 23:55, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Someone actually got the Elvish name Tithenmamiwen correct. *jumps happily around seeing as people spell 'pecora' wrong all the time when I say my Italian name is Pecora* I'll probably never leave, even though I have a big sign reading 'Rachel is on a wikibreak' on my user page. :P ØřêōşGo Italia! 00:00, 4 July 2006 (UTC) P.S. It's just my nature to correct someone on their grammar/spelling, but you used the wrong 'your'. :D
I just changed my sig. How do you like it? Mr. Matt"aka" Thetruthbelow 00:01, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
I see pretty much no difference, Mr. Matt, from when you last posted on my talk page. :P *looks around* Ohhhh....I like it. :D I'd say put 'Thetruthbelow' and then, using the things, put 'AKA Matt B' which links to your talk page or something. :D ØřêōşGo Italia! 00:03, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Sorry

Sorry I took so long to respond but I was working on my sig. Yours looks great by the way. You like mine? Thetruthbelow"aka" Mr. Matt 00:20, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Yep. :) You actually used Mr. Matt? XDDDD I like to call my friends who are boys Mr. (name here) for some reason. :D If it doesn't sound right (Mr. Joshua?) I'll just call them by their last name. (I call my friend Joshua 'Hayes' since that's his last name...) Øřêōş 00:22, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, for some reason I really like it. It's got a nice ring to it. Thetruthbelow"aka" Mr. Matt 00:24, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, it does! For some reason it sounds kinda like a porter calling 'Annie James!' in the Parent Trap for some reason. I don't know why. Øřêōş 00:26, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Haha...I agree. Well, I gotta go eat dinner now, but until we meet again! Thetruthbelow"aka" Mr. Matt 00:29, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Until again, my friend. :) Øřêōş 00:30, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Italian lesson

Hi, if i unterstand right you desire some correction on the sentence that you wrote on my talk page... So here it is: Ciao! Il nome d' mio è Rachel. Come stai? Io sono non uno relatore di parlo bene l'Italiano me stesso, ma io sono sto imparando. Io sono partendo ho iniziato ti questo nota a dire ciao. Se io fatto un'sbagliareho sbagliato, per favore correggere mia correggimi. :)

Note:

  • correggimi = correggi me
  • io sono = I am io sto = I'm going to
  • It is not necessary to write "I" with the capital letter

Hope this help Ciao --Jacopo86 13:09, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Si! Campioni del mondo! Btw it is "italia ha vinto" not "italia ha vittoria" because "ha vinto" is the past tense of the verb "vincere" = "to win" and "vittoria" is the event like "the winning" :) --Jacopo86 14:15, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Hi, dear Oreos!

Hey there, dear Oreos! Thanks for visiting me, and for the kind words! :) It is always a pleasure to meet nice people, specially if they are my friends' friends ;) Here's a very quick lesson in the Comanche language: Marúaweka mean "greetings" when directed to a general group of people, but if you wanna say "hi" to a single person, then you say "Haa" or "Marúawe" (the ú sounds like a closed "e"), or both, as in "Haa, marúawe". Oh well, enough linguistics for today :) It's great to meet you, and since I always consider my friends' friends as my own friends, you are most welcome to visit me any time you wish; and should you ever happen to need my help, just make sure to whistle my way ;) Big hugs! Phædriel tell me - 04:10, 11 July 2006 (UTC) PS. Congrats on one of the coolest signatures I've ever seen!
