Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Howard Rich. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Flewis(talk) 14:51, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Howard Rich has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bwordpress\.com' . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Howard Rich, you will be blocked from editing. I should note that I've contributed to the article significantly in the past, so I won't block you myself, as I might be perceived to have a conflict of interest. But deleting cited facts from an article without discussion is not acceptable. (I do believe there are some neutrality problems in the article, and would not contend that every fact is well cited. I will work on that some.) Also, I would advise using the edit summary field when making edits. -Pete (talk) 02:47, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Howard Rich do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 12 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for engaging in an edit war at Howard Rich. Please be more careful to discuss controversial changes or seek dispute resolution rather than engaging in an edit war. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. dougweller (talk) 18:02, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, I am asking you to start discussing your proposed changes on the talk page. If for no other reason, your edits could have been reverted as they have been against our Manual of Style, see WP:MOS. You also need to read WP:3RR dougweller (talk) 18:07, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
