Wikipedia is WP:NOT for advertising

[edit]

Onesidezero design has been deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion because the article was obviously promotional for a company, product, or service — it would need to be fundamentally re-written in order to become an encyclopedic carticle. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item #11.

Your contribution also seems to be a conflict of interest as indicated by your username. Also, please be aware that Wikipedia has guidelines concerning notability for the subjects of articles.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Inkthis. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. — ERcheck (talk) 18:10, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have twice deleted the {{afd}} tag from the Inkthis article, as well as removing speedy deletion tag from the Onesidezero design article which you created. This is against Wikipedia policy. If you continue to make such deletions, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — ERcheck (talk) 18:15, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Successful AFC

[edit]

Your nomination at Articles for Creation was a success, and Inkthis was created. Please continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia, and please consider registering an account. Thank you. I now see that the article has been deleted before. Please note that unless the sources (which I cannot see in the deleted versions) are substantially stronger this time, the result of another debate would likely be the same. I believe the BBC link does establish slight notability, but I would strongly caution you to improve the article substantially in order to deal with the concerns in the previous AFD's.--Xnuala (talk)(Review) 22:29, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Brett Wilkinson (designer). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brett Wilkinson (designer). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:03, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Inkthis for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Inkthis is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Inkthis (2nd nomination) until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Mccapra (talk) 05:43, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
