Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Recycling in Australia, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 02:48, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, Oli.f28. Thank you for your work on List of environmental issues in Victoria. Klbrain, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Given that List of environmental issues exists, it's hard to argue that this list shouldn't exist, but it may well be difficult to maintain. If you could think of a way of quantifying the extent of environmental damage caused by incidents that might be included in this page, that would be great! Otherwise, it could be very long and contentious.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

@Klbrain: Hello Klbrain, thank you for your comment. I agree with you, while adding incidents on the page I realised it could be quite long. I am not too sure yet how to narrow it down but I will give it a deeper thought Oli.f28 (talk) 21:43, 11 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

sorry

I missed you at the meeting on wednesday. There are quite a few things happening in regards to content about Victoria and things environmental at the moment, and many diverse angles of what makes wikipedia as well - curation, afds, notability and a whole range of items related.

The thing about the historical issues, the joke in the 1970s from outsiders was that you could turn the Yarra upside down and turn it into a highway.

Historic (long and contentious?, I used to live in Queenstown, Tasmania a very long time ago, everything went into the Queen River for over 80 years) issues need to be scoped out of the list, either a title change, or lead paragraph clarifying the scope of the content.
