As the picture is held at Wikimedia Commons, you might want to consult Commons:Deletion policy and Commons:Photographs of identifiable people for further guidance. OK, thank you. I have contacted the Author on Flickr and he has made the photo private and altered the licence conditions. Does this change the status of the photo for wikipedia at all? Ogwikitem (talk) 12:00, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

I believe it doesn't, as the photo was copied at the time when it was permitted. You may think of it as of the bus ticket price: if the owner raises the prices, that doesn't mean that prior passengers have to pay the difference. Still, you may want to initiate the deletion discussion on Wikimedia Commons. Please consider using {{talkback}} (follow link for instructions) to notify others about your comments.
