Just a quick heads-up
[edit]It's good that you added the sources for that information about Ayreon's next album, but there's no need to seem quite so confrontational about it in the edit summary. BigHaz - Schreit mich an 11:11, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, sorry, I kind of realised that after I saved it. It was just that the deletion proposition seemed a bit strange to me. Offski 11:34, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Well, technically everything needs to be sourced somehow. There's usually a bit of slack, though, in that nobody's likely to shout if you write something like "George W Bush is the President of the USA". With a lot of articles on as-yet-unreleased albums, I find that "X has been announced" is frequently more wishful thinking than anything much else. When it all comes down to it, it's not so much that so-and-so is going to be producing the album so much as he's said he'd like to work with the singer, or whatever it might be. That's why I prod'ed it, but in the event we're all happy. BigHaz - Schreit mich an 12:05, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Hah, sorry 'bout that reference. I noticed the 'fact' tag after the bit about the leak. And, being the lazy arse I am, I just went to the first piracy site that came to my head and cited the page with the album. Kerrow 20:34, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
- No worries, I just don't think that the album having leaked is a particularly encyclopedic piece of information. Maybe on the album page, but certainly not on the artist page (although I would have to object to having it on the album page as well).Offski 21:48, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Hello!
[edit]Just thought I'd drop a line and introduce myself. I've seen your name around on several of the pages I frequent, and you do good work. Anyway, my name is Andy; feel free to drop me a line whenever if you want to collaborate on something (or just talk music!). --Managerpants (talk) 15:26, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
