Thought i'd leave a comment about the templates and module and how they interact. If the colours are similar or even the same they won't cause any issues to the template. The modules will be invoked by team name not colour. In this respect any crossover in team colours is not an inherent problem. So the tables as they are on each page could stay exactly the same without any conflicts from the templates. I mention this because I assume that editors to teams individual articles will expect the primary colours to be used. Even though the Senators secondary colours look more distinct and identifiable for example. Im guessing not everbody would be satisfied with our choice od favouring some teams primary over secondary colours. We can do whichever and then go back and change it later, that should be fairly easy since the data will already be there. Just some thoughts Mr rnddude (talk) 07:13, 20 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Mr rnddude: if the templates are only used one team at a time, so to speak, then I agree disambiguation is unnecessary—I‘d imagined they might all appear in the same table or whatever. I certainly didn’t believe the duplications & similarities would pose a technical problem. More later; I have an inchoate idea or two to think on.07:43, 20 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
