OK got your message regarding your deletion of my addition. hard for me to argue or differ with anyone taking the username of Malcom X.... actually a history nut and studied MLKJr and Malcom X.... it's now clear USA could be even greater if MLKJr had become president, and although there's some negative aspects of Malcom X's approach or sentiment, what's right with him outweighed the wrong and history has judged him unfairly and historians have only begun to really know the man. That said, I just tried to embellish the data with specifics so PLEASE review my submission again for possible inclusion. it's accurate and notable. If you again deny, I'll accept that out of respect like I said. thanks for your time in possible review.

The issue is one of sourcing. We need secondary sources that say something about Judge Roshko, not primary or tertiary sources.
