Regarding your questions on the project talk page; I'd say that this is definitely not a waste of time. The lists Marumari generates are handy for a continuous project for wikignomes who want to beaver away making general improvements, but unfortunately they can only be updated infrequently (I think the current lot are from November 06). This bot fills the gap for people who may want to keep a particular set of pages clean and up to date. Well done mate. --Spondoolicks 19:06, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, that's good to hear. Thank you very much for taking the time to have a look at this, Spondoolicks. :-] I'll see if I can learn things from the dead external links project though and definitely put a link to it when Ocobot is finished. — Ocolon 15:54, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greek radical left

[edit]

Hi. The bot removed a non-broken, non-spam link at the Greek radical left article. You might want to see to it. Thanks. --Michalis Famelis (talk) 23:18, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for your note. I'm sorry the link had been removed. But it wasn't the bot who removed it, he only found it. I removed it by hand after checking manually that it really was dead. It was unaccessible for the bot on Tuesday and it was still unaccessible for me on Friday. But it's good to see the site is back and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. — Ocolon 08:11, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
