Speedy deletion nomination of User:Nwaamerica
[edit]A tag has been placed on User:Nwaamerica requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello I need help
[edit]I like to know how to edit as a wikipedian perfectly Nwaamerica (talk) 05:43, 5 February 2020 (UTC)
- None of us are perfect. I recommend finding articles on topics you know about and seeing if you can improve those. Wikipedia STRONGLY advises people to not try to create articles about themselves, and not to submit original thinking. This is not social media and not a forum. Thanks Nwaamerica (talk) 04:47, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- Just read the Welcome message at the top of this page, and be sure to do what it says. Your user page is meant to be brief and helpful to other editors. See:WP:USER--Quisqualis (talk) 04:51, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
Wikipedia is pretty different from social media
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or write things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia. Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. We're sorry if this message has discouraged you from editing here, but the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia. Just so you avoid any misunderstanding as to what Wikipedia is and why we are here. Thank you. --Quisqualis (talk) 06:49, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
