Your Files for Upload request: PathAI Logo.svg
[edit]Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for upload! Your request has been placed on hold because the article in which the file would be used is currently a draft. If the article is not moved to the mainspace within seven days, the request will be declined. Regards, Bsoyka (talk) 23:45, 12 March 2022 (UTC)

- Hello, and thank you for the feedback (and sorry for the late response)! I accidentally bypassed the draft process recently by moving my article to main space, but tried addressing these points. If you have additional comments, I'd be happy to address them. Nustudent3 (talk) 20:31, 13 April 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for upload! Unfortunately, your request has been declined. The reason is shown on the main Files for upload page. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Nustudent3. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page PathAI, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:05, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hello! Thank you for the comment, but I wanted to clarify if there's any reason I need to do this in my case: I'm a college student in the Boston area (unaffiliated with the company I wrote on) and tried to remain neutral on what I covered. I don't think my university has any pertinence to the topic though, but I'm glad to revise in case I need to add this. Nustudent3 (talk) 20:33, 13 April 2022 (UTC)

Multiple copies
[edit]Please do not create multiple versions of the same article. You have submitted a draft Draft:PathAI for review at AfC, while publishing PathAI straight into the article main space. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:07, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hello, and thank you for bringing this to my attention! I accidentally bypassed the draft space by moving directly to main space assuming it would override the existing draft. I don't want to delete things unnecessarily, but is there any suggestion you recommend to remediate this? Nustudent3 (talk) 20:35, 13 April 2022 (UTC)
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/PathAI until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.

- My apologies for the delay here -- I see the article got deleted mainly due to insignificant coverage. I was hoping my citations would address the previous criticism of seeming like a promotion, but was unsure whether the topic altogether lacks notability or my coverage of it. It's my first article, and I'm writing this for a class as I'm learning the nuances still. Thank you again! Nustudent3 (talk) 20:57, 13 April 2022 (UTC)
