Why did you send me that message? I simply modified text irrelevant to the 3rd Crusade. The article was talking about "sucking dick" and sodomy. Where is the proof that any of that stuff took place, as releating to Richard III or Pope Urban III?

  • Firstoff, what are you talking about? According to the history of that article, you added profanity. What text did you modify? Secondly, I accidently sent you the wrong message and I apologize - the message wasn't meant to be as severe. NuncAutNunquam 19:40, 28 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bolding articles on the featured article page

[edit]

Hi NuncAutNunquam, thanks for bolding Perfect Dark in the featured articles list. Just one suggestion: you should probably wait until 0:00 UTC, when the article is supposed to change on the main page, before bolding it. In theory, the previous article was still on the main page when you added the bolding (at 23:55 UTC), but we have had a problem a few weeks ago when DST was introduced in Europe and the article actually appeared at 23:00 UTC. Did something like this happen with you ? Cheers, Schutz 07:06, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I bolded it because I saw it appear on the front page and assumed it was 0:00 UTC, but of course it wasn't. Next time I'll make sure the article is officially on the front page before I bold it. Thanks for pointing this out to me. NuncAutNunquam 14:28, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, if it appears on the front page, you can probably go ahead and bold it, whatever the time. If it happen to be there before the official, it is probably a problem with the software. Cheers, Schutz 14:50, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Anvilstudio version 2005.12.02.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Anvilstudio version 2005.12.02.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 22:12, 11 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Margaret Colona, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Margaret Colona. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
