A tag has been placed on Draft:Digital product requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://culturehealth.org/ijes_archive/IJES,Vol.2,No4,2019_(44).pdf. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Dear Chaotic Enby,
I have created a page https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:Digital_product that is really based on the information that is in the public domain. It is written in an acceptable tone.
I have double-checked all links and licences. I confirm that this page has been created under the terms of the Journal and Publisher's licence (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence) and Wikipedia's copyright policy.
This page was created correctly. The article is in high demand, conforms to norms, and expands the categorical and conceptual apparatus of Wikipedia.
Therefore, this article deserves to be added to Wikipedia.
Is it possible to move the article to the main space?
Thanks a lot for your work. Numen Existence (talk) 19:54, 27 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Here is the full issue from which the draft was copied. There's no evidence of a creative commons license, and the document is marked as "© KRPOCH, 2019". — Diannaa (talk) 20:40, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at the journal's website, it is mentioned that All IJES papers are publicly available (in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution License). The paper also says Full or partial reproduction of articles is allowed, citing to the source and authors, although that alone would probably be too vague to conclude it has a compatible license. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 20:58, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps the current publications are so licensed? But the source document is from 2019, and is marked as copyright. — Diannaa (talk) 14:34, 29 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
