Your edit summary usage
[edit]Hi, your usage of edit summaries to track your count of edits is very unhelpful. While there is no rule dictating you cannot use edit summaries this way, it is also true it obscures the reason edit summaries are there in the first place. Edit summaries are there so that other editors do not have to view a diff to see what changes you have made. But the edit summaries you are using do not serve the purpose and makes it harder for other editors. Please consider providing a better edit summary.
For the record, there are edit counters to count your edits. And good luck with your adminship ambitions. Remember its not your edit count that decides if you get adminship, but the quality of your edits and how well you fit it with the community that matters. And 5000 edit summaries consisting only of a count up does not present a pretty picture of community concern. Anyways, cya around. Feel free to contact me for any assistance, though right at this time, I may not be swift in replying. --soum (0_o) 19:14, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
