User:Nsgaeverine/WTOR-FTV and fair use images
PerWP:NFCC #9, you are not permitted to display non-free images onanything other than actual encyclopedia articles in the main namespace.User:Nsgaeverine/WTOR-FTV is not an actual article in the mainarticle namespace. As such, you can not put these images back in, asyou didfor example. Please do not put these images back in again. Thankyou, --Hammersoft (talk)14:15, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Further, I've re-taggedImage:WTOR2008.jpg as a non-free image, due to the fact that itcontains the CBS "eye" logo, which is copyrighted. As such, this is aderivative work of a copyrighted work and the rights holder to theoriginal work retains rights. You may hold rights to the "41" part ofthe logo, but CBS retains rights to the "eye".--Hammersoft (talk) 15:02,20 February 2008 (UTC)
And, on an unrelated note, congratulations on your continued transition. It takes a lot of courage to go for the inner peace when what you see in the mirror is not whatyou feel inside. It's a hard road, and one not easily travelled by any. With heartfelt support, --Hammersoft (talk) 15:05, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Miscellany for deletion notification
I have nominated the majority of your userspace for deletion as an abuse of Wikipedia as a personal webhost. You are welcome to comment at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Various Ava Nieves stuff.
Also note that you cannot use your personal blog as a reference on any page, which you recently did at WXIN. Similarly, Youtube is generally not an acceptable source.--erachima talk 02:06, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

- I have closed the MfD with the result of deleting all, but can't really help you with any export problems. My suggestion for what is still missing is to save the source code and remake it at target, butadministrative help only extends to this project and its sisters.Nevertheless, I'll wait with deletion till September 24.--Tikiwont (talk) 10:01, 22September 2008 (UTC)
