Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello NorthwickP! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 4 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Willie Faloon - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Starting XV 2012-13

[edit]

NarthwickP, I note you have been adding "Starting XV 2012-13" sections to various Premiership rugby teams. Can you explain what this is all about please? I cannot see the meaning of these decorative additions. Also, have you got a reference for these additions? Hamish59 (talk) 07:35, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed these from Northampton Saints, Leicester Tigers, Harlequin F.C. and Saracen F.C. as the cited sources do not support the additions you have made. Hamish59 (talk) 07:42, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
An IP Editor 90.39.134.125 has decided to wade in so I am taking this to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Rugby union#Starting XV 2012-13 rather than having a discussion on the 4 article talk pages and / or here. Per WP:BRD, can I have your input at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Rugby union#Starting XV 2012-13. Hamish59 (talk) 13:55, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello NorthwickP. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Merit Tables".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Merit Tables}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 14:24, 25 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
