Request reason:

I made a few edits by adding links to very well known programs, which are a staple of the DXing standard with no intention of making any profits (as everything mentioned is open-source). I have also mentioned added a few websites that contain interesting and essential resources that you can't find easily on other websites - everything related to the hobby of course. There was no intend to harm or spam anything. If needed, I can improve the texts furhter to include even more detailed info about the software.

Decline reason:

No intention of making any profits is not what makes something advertising or promotion, you should not link to your own site regardless of any financial incentive. Adding links to your own project is a conflict of interest and if there are concerns with your username then adding an underscore does not address that. Aoidh (talk) 08:07, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
