Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! [edit]- Hello, few points to sort out. Firstly your user page exists for you to tell the wider community a little about yopurself and how you intend to contribute to the community. Your talk page exists for othe volunteers to contact you (as I am doing here).
- There seems to be a page at User:GloriaDeDanieli//Heritage studies and ICT 2021-2021 (possibly intended as a user subpage?) which was created in the mainspace (I.e.article space) which is not the correct place for it. I moved it to the current location but the 'GloriaDeDanieli' name 'clashes' with your actual username and produces an error message as it is seemingly not registered on en.Wikipedia. I can move it again but need clarification before doing so. Thank you. Eagleash (talk) 00:52, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
Dear User, You would be so kind to remove what i did wrong and replace it in the correct way. Thank you so much. Nocciola2021 (talk) 01:10, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
- OK, I have moved it to User:Nocciola2021//Heritage studies and ICT 2021-2021; hope that's the right title now.
- BTW to attract the attention of another user you can 'ping' them by writing (for instance)
{{ping|Eagleash}}
at the start of your message. Note that the 'ping', the message and your signature all have to be added in one go or it does not work! Eagleash (talk) 01:23, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
