I'm trying to make Base (design firm), or Base (company) an official wikipedia page, after doing many edits, but am not sure how to make it graduate out of the incubator. It really should be labeled design firm in the title, but I changed it as I thought you needed to change the title in order for it to graduate. Whats the next step here? Do i just wait, and how long? Please let me know, and thanks for your help!

I've added some cleanup tagging in the article to help guide you through the process. Still needs some work, but you are getting there. One tip, you need to make that article scream "I deserve to be in an encyclopedia". I'm just not seeing that yet. Keep working on it! ANowlin talk 16:57, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} I've made some final edits to Base (company), can somebody take a look at it and see what else needs to be done to get it out of the incubator? It says that its written like an advertisement, what do I need to do to make it more neutral?

Well, actually, despite the box on it, it isn't in the incubator. Base (company) is a live article.
However, I expect you have a conflict of interest? If so, per WP:BESTCOI and WP:BFAQ we advise you not to directly edit the article, so I recommend working on other articles instead.
I'll see if I can tidy it up a bit.  Chzz  ►  15:44, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

August 2010

Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing.  Chzz  ►  16:18, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Chzz, Thanks for the help and the edits! Still a few questions: I'm confused; what is the promotional material I've been using? For future reference when editing doing other companies, why is a client list not appropriate here? And the list of awards: were they not properly cited as well? When I was working on the page, I was trying to look at other wiks for formatting, the one that I thought most applied to structure of this company was ICM (International Creative Management): http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/International_Creative_Management. Thanks again! Nludevig (talk) 17:23, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(comment) The article on ICM has some important flaws, unreliable sources, unverified lists of names, unverifiable sources... if you are looking for high quality examples check out Wikipedia:Featured articles#Business, economics and finance instead. Thanks, (talk) 18:57, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
