A tag has been placed on Draft:Radicon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello, Nitesh10452. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. A page you created  Draft:Radiconlab has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.

This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not an outlet for promotion, advocacy, or advertising.

Information on content and common pitfalls to avoid can be located here and here, however be aware that this is not an exhaustive list. Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Please review these policies, including the FAQ page on organizations to determine if this applies to you.

Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Some tags or G11 nominations are met with confusion by creators, particularly if they spend much time reading or creating corporate documents, mission/vision statements, or similar copy for their organization. The frequent exposure to promotional tone may make it difficult to notice non-neutral phrases or styles, as the editor has grown accustomed to seeing it as everyday writing or speech. This can be difficult, but not impossible, to unlearn.

Another common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see this page on citing sources and Wikipedia:Common sourcing mistakes (notability). This page has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{Reflist}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there. New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can ask for help at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and on IRC chat Wikipedia:The Wikipedia Adventure is a useful tutorial.

New article creation can be difficult and frustrating. Sometimes it is better to first gain experience by fixing and helping maintain existing articles. Wikipedia:Community portal/Opentask contains links to things that badly need doing, if you are so inclined. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 10:41, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your message and for providing guidance on Wikipedia's content guidelines. I appreciate the feedback and understand the reasons behind the speedy deletion of the draft.
I apologize for any unintended promotion or advertising elements in the initial draft. I am committed to adhering to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I will take your advice to heart and work on a comprehensive rewrite of the article, ensuring that it meets the criteria for neutrality, notability, and verifiability.
I will carefully review the resources you provided on content creation, common pitfalls, and sourcing guidelines. Additionally, I will make use of the Article Wizard and seek assistance from the Wikipedia community to ensure the improved draft aligns with Wikipedia's standards. [edit]
I recently discovered that my account has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of Radiconlab1. I would like to assert that my account is not a sockpuppet and that I have not violated any Wikipedia policies intentionally.
I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of Wikipedia and its policies. However, I believe there might be a misunderstanding or confusion regarding my account. I am willing to cooperate fully in any investigation or provide any information necessary to prove that I am not in violation of Wikipedia policies.
If there is any specific reason or evidence that led to this block, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me. I am committed to abiding by Wikipedia's guidelines and contributing positively to the community.
In accordance with the appeal process, I am formally requesting a review of the block on my account. I have read the guide to appealing blocks and am ready to provide any additional information or clarification required.
Please consider my appeal, and if possible, lift the block on my account. I am eager to continue contributing to Wikipedia in a constructive manner. Nitesh10452 (talk) 11:28, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
1. Use a neutral tone. Do not use words like "we", "our". Write it like a third person. Please read WP:NPOV, WP:COI
2. Cite reliable, non-affiliated sources that provide significant coverage for the subject. Please read WP:GNG, WP:V
3. Regarding the block, I think you need a valid reason in order for us to unblock you. You have been blocked due to sockpuppetry, so unless you prove that you are not a sockpuppet, we cannot unblock you. See WP:SOCK.
Thanks for your eagerness to contribute! However, I cannot help you until you address the block. Good luck with that. Cheers, Timothytyy (talk) 11:46, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Appreciation is extended for the provided guidance. The importance of maintaining a neutral tone and abstaining from the use of first-person pronouns has been duly noted, aligning with Wikipedia's NPOV and COI guidelines.
In response to your counsel, the user will diligently familiarize themselves with WP:NPOV, WP:COI, WP:GNG, and WP:V, with the aim of ensuring all future contributions adhere to Wikipedia's stipulated standards, encompassing neutrality, verifiability, and notability. Understanding the significance of citing reliable, non-affiliated sources is duly acknowledged.
Regarding the block attributed to sockpuppetry, the user comprehends the gravity of the situation. They commit to addressing this concern by presenting substantive evidence to refute the claim of being a sockpuppet, in accordance with WP:SOCK.
Gratitude is expressed for your encouragement and guidance, and the user is committed to resolving the block issue promptly. Nitesh10452 (talk) 12:16, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:Radiconlab, you may be blocked from editing. Please use a neutral tone, and cite reliable, non-affiliated sources if you want to contribute constructively. Timothytyy (talk) 10:45, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Too late. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 10:47, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's pretty clear you evaded your block on Radiconlab1 to promote Radiconlab. Radiconlab1 was blocked for promoting that subject and for a promotional user name. I would agree to unblocking if you will agree to not edit about Radiconlab, describe what constructive edits you would make, and agree to only use one account. You may have read the WP:GAB but you have not followed the instruction to request unblocking with the unblock template. Also, please read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID. Thanks -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 11:58, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate your message and the concerns you've raised. I understand the importance of adhering to Wikipedia's guidelines and policies.
Regarding the block on Radiconlab1, I apologize if it appeared that I was attempting to circumvent any restrictions. I want to assure you that my intention is to contribute constructively and transparently to the Wikipedia community.
I acknowledge the block and the reasons provided. I am willing to comply with the conditions you've outlined, including refraining from editing content related to Radiconlab, making only constructive edits, and using a single account.
I will familiarize myself with WP:GAB and follow the proper procedure for an unblock request using the unblock template. Additionally, I will carefully review and adhere to WP:COI and WP:PAID to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's guidelines.
If you have any specific suggestions for constructive edits or guidelines to follow in contributing to Wikipedia, please let me know. I am committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative approach in my contributions. Nitesh10452 (talk) 12:03, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
